What document formats are supported?
We currently support PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG for automated document extraction.
How long does extraction take?
Most documents are processed within 10-30 seconds depending on the file size and complexity.
How secure is my data?
We take security seriously. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and automatically deleted based on your retention settings.
What is the maximum file size?
You can upload documents up to 50MB in size. Larger files may take longer to process.
How do I get started?
Create an account, choose a plan that works for you, and start uploading documents. Our OCR system will automatically extract the data.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You'll receive a notification. Overage pricing starts at ₹2-5 per additional invoice, giving you flexibility to scale without surprise bill changes.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate your billing.
