Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Finztract for any reason, we'll refund your first month's payment in full.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at kokkulashivakumar1@gmail.com with your account details and reason for requesting the refund. We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • - Your first month of a paid plan subscription
  • - Requests made within 14 days of initial subscription
  • - Active subscriptions only (cancellation requests do not qualify)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • - Subsequent months after the initial billing period
  • - Refund requests made more than 14 days after subscription
  • - Custom enterprise solutions (contact our sales team for exceptions)

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current period.

6. Trial Period

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the next billing period. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
